Last I knew he moved to Plano texas in 2004 and he was suppose to go to war. Not sure how to find him. His name is Charlie Ware or Charles and he worked at Wellington Park Apartments in lewisville texas..in 2003/4. If anyone can find something out with that info I'd appreciate it. those apartments are no more. They are a different name now. Not the same company anymore.

maybe you could call his old work place and see if they no where he went from there, you could get a trail right up to him or if not they might give you his number
