Planning to make an Indonesian restaurant there but I'm worried that not many people will come.What do you think ? Will it work ?

The success of a restaurant is much more complex than the cuisine. Location, staff, quality of food etc are more important. You need to do some research and check your finances. I think people would eat there. Wellington reasonably diverse and people here eat in different restaurants. ....

Indonesian? Um maybe, only if there are enough people that like indonesian people and or your cuisines taste great. But make sure you have lots of money to run your own business first
