I have a flat if anyone would like it. Its a 3 bedroom flat which if you want could fit 6 people easily. It is very big with 2 living areas, a storage room, a bathroom, separate toilet, and kitchen. Each bedroom has windows that get the morning sun and has a huge wardrobe. In the kitchen there is an oven and fridge/freezer with a space for a microwave. In the bathroom there is a shower and bath with sink and heated towel rail. Comes with washing machine and dryer. Is on the bus route to train station, both university's, and several places around wellington. Each room has a rent of $165 but if you share it it comes to $82.50per week. The lease is until the end of feb but you can extend it if you want to.I really need people to fill this flat; so if you want a few months living/working/holidaying in wellington with mates and need a place to stay contact me!!! Ive advertised it almost everywhere. Help!

Thanks, but I've already got a flat. I assumed you've posted it on TradeMe? Put up posters in the neighbourhood? Posters in the backpackers around town?
